1 Flowers -  A contemporary dance celebrating mother Nature. This beautiful song lends it self to flowing expressive movements. This can be produced as a solo, duo, small troupe or a whole class item. Not just for girls as boys can wear army hats with greenery on .them. Students explore elements of space and the upper body's relationship to it by continuous arms and torso movements. 2. Mices Are  The Nicest - An easy catchy song to learn.  Students will explore upper body awareness. It can be performed as a solo, duo, small troupe or with the whole class. 3. Mauri Mai Taku wai - A Maori action song. In this dance there are many traditional kapa haka movements. Students develop ability to learn and rehearse a choreographed dance with the real possibility of performing it to an audience of either fellow students or parents and friends. It is also suitable for the whole school as a performance item. 4. The Dog Paddle This is a rocky jazz dance. A high- energy routine with choreography based upon swimming strokes. Students explore elements of space and the body's relationship to it by moving continuously. This dance can be performed as a solo or duo, as a small troupe or by the whole class. 5. The Bullfrog - Another rocky jazz dance. This fairly complicated high energy routine once mastered, is extremely satisfying. Students explore elements of space and the upper body's relationship to it by bouncing, bending, hopping, stretching, twisting and moving continuously. 6  The Sportscar -This is jazzy musical theatre. A cool dance which responds to images. It combines elements of dance, mime and theatre.
